The Puig des Milá is 477 meters high, a mountain on the Spanish Balearic island of Mallorca . Geologically it belongs to the Puig de Sant Salvador .
Location and description
It is located in the municipality of Felanitx , in the south of the island.
From Puig des Milá you have an excellent view to the north, west and east, thus over almost the entire island of Mallorca.
On the Puig des Milá stands the Creu des Picot , a stone cross visible from afar, about 14 meters high, which was erected in 1957. A short, narrow footpath leads up there. The Spanish inscription reads: "cermans aouests bracós semper oberts per a tothom (Keep your arms open to the brothers always for everything, August 25, 1957)."
