Pulpit Mountain (English for Kanzelberg ) is a 945 m high, distinctive and reddish mountain at the eastern end of Coronation Island in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands . It rises 2.5 km west of Spence Harbor .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) carried out measurements and descriptive naming between 1948 and 1949. From the east, the mountain is reminiscent of a pulpit .
