The sacred source of Puntanarcu (derived from Puntana-Arcu - German  "arch fountain" ) is located in a small forest near a stream in S'Adde, about 5.0 kilometers north of Sedilo in the province of Oristano in Sardinia .

The spring version is mainly built from large basalt blocks of the Mauer Opus isodomum type . The processed stones laid in straight layers result in a good structure and symmetry. The holy spring consists of a flat facade and two protruding antes that enclose a vestibule at the side. There is an opening in the facade that leads to a small, rectangular spring room. There is a hole in its base plate from which the spring water flows. The water flows through a triple channel built into the threshold stone, which is connected to another engraved channel. The source cover and a large part of the vestibule are only partially preserved. The original structure of the monument probably resembled that of the sacred Su Tempiesu spring near Orune .
