activity
In her books and satsangs, Pyar tries to provide access to meditation and insight. To do this, she uses mystical statements from various traditions, mainly from Buddhism , Christianity and Sufism .
The Satsang sessions last one and a half to two hours. During a longer part of the conversation, individual participants talk about "the essentials ". These contributions deal with personal spiritual experiences and insights, questions about teaching, problems at work or in the family, and personal confessions and sufferings.
In her book, Pyar also deals with ecological and social issues that, in her opinion, are inseparable from living spirituality.
