Qalansawe (also Qalansuwa ; Arabic قلنسوة, DMG Qalansuwa ; Hebrew קלנסוה) is a city in the central district of Israel , about four kilometers west of the West Bank and 14 kilometers east of the Mediterranean . In 2018 the city had a total population of 22,788. This makes it one of the 100 largest cities in the country.
