cargo and transport ship

Qerer was the ancient Egyptian name for the new transport ships introduced since the New Kingdom , which accompanied the Menesch ships on the trade routes of the Mediterranean or to Punt . While the more valuable cargo was mostly on the Menesch ships, the qerer ships in particular transported types of grain, other agricultural products and animals.
