Qoratepa is a village (qishlog) in the Asaka district of the Uzbek province Andijon in the Ferghana Valley .
The place is located about 30 km southwest of the provincial capital Andijon and about 15 km southwest of the district capital Asaka , about halfway between Asaka and Quva . It has a station on the Marg'ilon -Andijon railway line .
