Quad / Graphics is an American company and the second largest printer in North America after RR Donnelley .
The father of the current CEO, Harry V. Quadracci , founded Quad / Graphics in 1971. In 2010 the company expanded considerably with the takeover of Worldcolor (formerly Quebecor World ).
In Europe, the company operates a large printing plant in Wyszków, Poland .
