Quartino (unit)

Quartino , the name for a gold coin in the Papal States and Portugal , was also a measure of volume in Mallorca and Turin , Alessandria and the Kingdom of Sardinia . The measure for liquids was different in the regions, but less than one liter .

1 quartino = 30 1/6 Parisian cubic inches = 3/5 liters = 0.6 liters

1 quartino = 19 ¾ Parisian cubic inches = 7/17 liters = 0.4118 liters
