Quast - The very last from all over the world was produced by Megaherz Film und Fernsehen from 1996 to 1997 and broadcast by Bavarian TV . This satirical news show was nominated for the 1997 Adolf Grimme Prize . A total of 18 episodes of 30 minutes each were produced.

Performers included the actor Michael Quast , the television presenter Franziska Reichenbacher , who later became known for drawing the lottery numbers , and the cabaret artists Philipp Mosetter, Philipp Sonntag and Ecco Meineke .
