Quba is a breed of horses from Azerbaijan .

Qubas are very rare in Germany because importing them from the distant country of origin is very expensive and time-consuming. In Azerbaijan, however, Qubas (as in Germany e.g. German riding ponies) are a very common breed that is used as a pack animal and utility horse for riding and driving .

Exterior

A quba is a tough horse about five feet tall. As a gaited horse, he offers tölt and racing pass . Qubas are good endurance horses and suitable for trail riding.
