Queen's Court House is a commercial building in the Scottish town of Ayr in the council area of South Ayrshire . In 1971 the building was included in the Scottish Monuments List in the highest category A.

The building dates back to 1857 and was commissioned by the Royal Bank of Scotland . Today it is a commercial building. It is located on Sandgate Street , one of the main thoroughfares in the center of the city. Stylistically, the Queen's Court House can be assigned to the neo-renaissance . The front side, which is five axes wide, has two inputs on the outer axes. The openings are designed with round arches and tympana . They are flanked by blind pillars that flow into corbels to support the roof. An ornamented frieze runs below the first floor cornicearound. All windows are worked with round arches and designed with blind pillars and cornices on the two upper floors . Raised corner stones frame the facade. The building ends with a slate-covered platform roof .
