Quimilí is the capital of the Moreno Department in the Santiago del Estero Province in northwest Argentina . It is located 202 kilometers from the provincial capital Santiago del Estero and is connected to it via the Ruta Nacional 34 and the Ruta Nacional 89 . In the classification of the municipalities of the province, it is divided into the 2nd category municipality.
