Quintus Flavius Amatianus

The military diploma of 139 AD
Quintus Flavius Amatianus (full name form Quintus Flavius Quinti filius Palatina Amatianus ) was a member of the Roman knighthood ( Eques ) living in the 2nd century AD .
A military diploma dated November 22, 139, shows that Amatianus 139 was the commander of the Cohors II Ulpia Galatarum , which was stationed in the Syria Palestine province at that time . Amatianus was inscribed in the tribe Palatina and came from Capua .
