Quintus Maecius Laetus (II) was a Roman politician, senator, and Praetorian prefect .

The origin and descent of the Laetus are unknown. Around 185 he became governor of the province of Arabia and subsequently governor of Egypt (200–203). In 205 Laetus and Papinian succeeded the mighty Plautian as Praetorian prefect. He stayed in this office until 211. Then Laetus II became ordinary consul with Marcus Munatius Sulla Cerialis in 215 - during the reign of Emperor Caracalla (211-217) . It is not known whether he received the consulate after an earlier award of ornamenta consularia or after an adlectio inter consulares .
