Réservoir aux Outardes 2 is a reservoir on the Rivière aux Outardes river in the Côte-Nord administrative region of the Canadian province of Québec .
It was built between 1974 and 1978. The storage target is 84 m, the storage volume is 16.2 million m³.
The associated dam Barrage aux Outardes-2 is located 24 km west of Baie-Comeau and about 10 km before the mouth of the river in the confluence of the Saint Lawrence River .
The Centrale aux Outardes-2 hydropower plant has 3 turbines with a total output of 523 MW. The hydraulic potential is 82.3 m.
