Róbert Kočiš (born December 27, 1973 in Trebišov ) is a Slovak football player and coach .

Career

Kočiš moved from his home country to Fortuna Düsseldorf in the Bundesliga in 1996 . At Fortuna Kočiš was a supplementary player, on his first use in the upper house of German football, he scored his only goal. Since he could not prevail, he became FK Austria Wien , where he did not stay for half a year. He then played for another six months for Fortuna and then moved to FC Carl Zeiss Jena . He stayed there for another six months. Then he tried his luck in Cyprus with Anagennisi Derynia . Then he played again in his home country at 1. FC Tatran Prešov and on loan at FK Mesto Prievidza and ŠK Vegum Dolné Vestenice , and he made a fixed move in the summer of 2003. He then ended his career on an amateur basis in Austria with SV Bad Ischl and ASKÖ Gosau and in his home country with TJ Slovan Nitrianske Sučany . At TJ Slovan Nitrianske Sučany , where he now works as a football coach, he has been registered as a player since 2011. Currently (as of February 2018) he is the holder of a UEFA B license.
