Rüdesheimer coffee

Rüdesheimer Kaffee is a coffee specialty from Rüdesheim am Rhein invented in 1957 by Hans Karl Adam for Asbach .

It is a popular drink in coffee houses .

In one particular vessel, the Rüdesheimer coffee cup, will Asbach with sugar cubes heated and flamed . Then strong coffee is added, with a vanilla sugar - whipped cream topping covered with scattered about chocolate served.

ingredients

  • 1/8 l black, hot coffee
  • 3 sugar cubes
  • 4 cl brandy
  • Whipped cream with vanilla sugar
  • Chocolate sprinkles for sprinkling
