RGM Facility Management GmbH , based in Berlin, is a service company with three business areas: Facility Management , Industrial Services and Real Estate Consulting . The company concentrates on the technical building management of commercial properties as well as the support of technical secondary processes at large industrial locations. RGM Facility Management GmbH has a network of branches and support points throughout Germany and Europe-wide in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Turkey.

history
In 1994 the two companies RIAG Gebäudemanagement GmbH (RGM) and STEAG Gebäudemanagement GmbH were founded as subsidiaries of what was then the RAG Group. As part of the restructuring of RAG and the establishment of Evonik , RIAG Gebäudemanagement GmbH was taken over in February 2007 by Stego Vermögensverwaltung (90%) and Fritz-Klaus Lange (10%) and renamed RGM Gebäudemanagement GmbH. In 2010, RGM Holding GmbH was founded as an umbrella company to manage the three strategic business areas Facility Management, Property Management and Industrial Services. Through a change of shareholders, Georgsmarienhütte Holding took over 90% of the shares in RGM Holding GmbH. In November 2016 Gegenbauer Holding SE & Co. KG took over the shares in RGM Holding GmbH and is now the sole shareholder of the RGM Group.
