After Imtech went bankrupt in November 2015, the company took over around 2,300 employees from there and has also been active in the TGA market since then. With the takeover, Rudolph Otto Meyer Technik is initially active at 25 locations in Germany. Rudolph Otto Meyer Technik as the company name goes back to the traditional company of the same name acquired by Imtech in 1997.
