Raban von Canstein (lawyer)
Raban Freiherr von Canstein (born August 25, 1845 in Lemberg ; † August 14, 1911 in Graz ) was a full professor of civil procedure, commercial and bill of exchange law.
Life
He was the Austrian crown lawyer, chairman of the legal history examination commission and 1901/1902 rector at the Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz .
Raban was married to Caroline von Ortynski and had two children (Herbold and Olga). He is buried in the St. Leonhard Cemetery in Graz .
