The Rabindra Sarobar Stadium is a multifunctional stadium in Calcutta , India . It is used for soccer games and serves as the home stadium of Tollygunge Agragami in the Calcutta Football League . The natural grass pitch was opened in 1961. The floodlit stadium is commissioned for 22,000 spectators. The playing field is separated from the auditorium by a fence secured with barbed wire .
It is also home to Atlético de Kolkata , which plays in the Indian Super League .
During the 2017 season of the I-League , it was also the venue for several Mohun Bagan AC games .
