The Radbrunnen- und Neutorkeller is a historic rock cellar that has been expanded into a bunker in the north-western part of the Sebalder old town of Nuremberg's old town.

The separate cellars are part of an extensive cellar system in the castle sandstone of the northern old town and were probably built in the 17th century at a depth of about 15 meters. In 1944, the cellars were connected to one another by connecting corridors and converted into a bunker. Access is in Radbrunnengasse and via the connected cellar systems. Rescue tunnels, which are now walled up, are located in Neutorgraben and in the old town.

The bunkers were extremely primitive. At the end of the war there was hardly any material or equipment left. As emergency lighting , phosphorescent strips of phosphorus were painted on the rock walls in the dark (see picture, Radbrunnenkeller).

To secure the facility, the cellars were sprayed with concrete ( gate-crested ) in the 1980s .

The cellars are privately owned and are no longer publicly accessible today. In January 2008, as part of the commemoration of the destruction of Nuremberg, the facility was accessible by means of guided tours through the Nürnberger Felsengänge support association .
