Radio Hannover 100.0 is a private radio station for Hanover and the Hanover region that has been available since April 2, 2014. In the city and the surrounding area of ​​Hanover, the transmitter can be received terrestrially on the FM 100.0 MHz frequency and on the cable on the 106.2 MHz frequency. The program is also offered as an Internet stream .

The transmitter is located opposite Steintorplatz at the western end of the inner-city pedestrian area , which connects the Steintor via Georgstraße with the city center on Kröpcke , about half a kilometer away .

The focus of the program is on the target group of 29 to 59 year olds. Among other things, information is sent from the city of Hanover; this includes surveys, sports reports and event tips. Songs from five decades are playing, from the 70s to current hits. The music color is influenced by pop and soul. There are chart hits but also B-sides. There is also the special music program Grenzwellen every Wednesday from 9 p.m. to midnight .
