Radio Regenbogen is a non-commercial local radio broadcaster based in Rosenheim . The program focuses on culture, social affairs and the church.

According to the broadcaster, the focus is on special-interest programs with a high proportion of words. There are special programs for children and young people, the student radio “Radio Leporello”, a one-hour monothematic program, a culture magazine and a book program. Folk music, rock, jazz and regional music are also played.

Partners are the Evangelische Arbeitsgemeinschaft e. V. (25%), Katholische Arbeitsgemeinschaft e. V. (23%), Rosenheimer Verlag (23%), Musikbund von Ober und Niederbayern e. V. (20%) and others (9%). Reinhart Knirsch and Klaus-Günther Förg (deputy) have been managing directors since 1991. The program director is Reinhart Knirsch.
