Radio Deep in the West
Radio Tief im Westen (radiotiw) is a community radio broadcast on Radio 91.2 MHz in Dortmund. The show describes itself as an "independent music magazine for Dortmund" and mainly plays rap, electro, reggae and dancehall. In 2004 the radio show started with Martin Krämer aka from Dortmund. Commissioner Smart and some guest moderators. Since 2007 Jan Plotke aka. JanTenna joined the team as moderator and producer. The program is broadcast every second Tuesday and third Friday of the month from 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Radio 91.2. The program focuses on interviews, music, culture, news and event tips. Artists from the international, national and local music scene are presented and interviewed in the programs. Artists such as Deichkind , Westbam , Ugly Duckling , Masta Ace , Dynamite Deluxe and Nosliw were guests at Tief im Westen .
