Nosliw began his career in 1991 with hip-hop , from 1995 he devoted himself to German-language hip-hop . Together with Teedee he founded the band DUG (The Infinite Poems). Since the late 1990s, inspired by his friend Nattyflo , he has turned more and more to the soundtrack of his childhood, reggae and dancehall. He tells about this in their song "Encounters", which they made together. On his debut album “Mittendrin” there are also soul and blues elements , he sings on it exclusively in German and his lyrics relate strongly to political and social grievances.
In 2002 he had his breakthrough with the single "Nur Beim" on the " Doctor's Darling " riddim .
At first he was represented on many compilation records with various artists and went on tour with other German reggae greats such as Seeed or Gentleman , which made him more and more famous.
His most famous songs include "Nur beim", "Wie weit" on the "Crystal Woman" riddim, "Oh My Gal" on the "Cure" riddim, "Music" on the riddim of the same name, "Always listen again" , or "More of it" '. His albums appear on Rootdown Records.
In October 2003 Nosliw appeared on the producer album "Championz League - Episode II" by Berlin hip-hop DJ Derezon, with the song "Hot Shit".
In 2004 he produced the duet "Königin" for his album "Mittendrin" together with Max Herre .
In 2005 he participated in the Brothers Keepers project , on the album "Am I My Brothers Keeper" (a joint song with Promoe and Timbuktu ) and on a joint tour. Since then, various local discussion rounds have followed in socially disadvantaged areas in Germany.
At the beginning of 2006 he recorded the track "Identity Crisis" with Promoe , which can be found on Promoe's album "White Man's Burden".
In March 2006 the producer album "Birth Of Kool" was released by Kool DJ GQ, on which Nosliw can be heard with the song "Keine Angst", together with the rapper Aphroe (RAG).
Since May 2007 the second album "More of it" has been in stores. This time a pure, modern roots reggae album. Gentleman appears as a guest vocalist.
At the end of 2007 he married the actress Rebecca Lina , with whom he has a daughter.
In March 2008 the D&B DJ Bassface Sascha released the first ever German-language remixes ("Always hear again" and "More from it") on the Have a Break label .
On the producer album "Victory" by DJ Kitsune , which was released in December 2008 , he is represented together with the rapper Germany with the song "That's not enough".
In March 2009 his third long player "Heiss & Laut" was released, a pure dancehall album. The first single from it on January 30th, 2009 was the song "Heiss und Laut".
In 2017 he ended his music career - at least under the name Nosliw. However, since October 2019 he has been performing as a background and guest singer on the Seeeds Bam Bam Tour and sings his own song "Nur beim" on Seeeds "Waterpumpee".
