Radovan Hromádko (born May 16, 1967 in Náchod ) is a former Czech football player and current football coach .

Career

Radovan Hromádko began playing football at Tepna Náchod, at the age of 20 he moved to LIAZ Jablonec in the 2nd division. It was not until Bohemians Prague from the 1988/89 season, however, that he was in a first division squad. There the midfielder could not prevail and moved to the 1990/91 season to his former club, which was now called SK Náchod.

In 1991 Hromádko was brought back from LIAZ Jablonec. With the club, which has since been renamed FK Jablonec, he was promoted to the 1st Czech league in 1994. At that time, Hromádko was already one of the top performers in Jablonec .

On December 13, 1995, Radovan Hromádko made his debut in the game against Kuwait in the Czech national team . His second appearance for the Czech Republic on September 4, 1996 in Jablonec against Iceland was also his last appearance in the national dress.

In 1998, Hromádko moved to Maccabi Haifa in the Israeli league, where he played 23 games and scored five goals. In the summer of 1999 he returned to the Czech Republic and from then on played for Viktoria Žižkov . After only one season, Hromádko moved on to the 2nd division for FK AS Pardubice. He let his career come to an end from 2001 to 2004 at SK Semily.

After his active career, Radovan Hromádko worked as a sports director at FK Jablonec, and for the 2006/07 season he became a coach at Union Čelákovice.
