Radu Negru (born February 13, 1269 , † in the 14th century ) (Radu the Black), also known as Radu Vodă (Voivode Radu) or Negru Vodă , was a legendary voivode and ruler of Wallachia .

The Romanian folklore , according to Radu was the founder and ruler of Wallachia around the year 1300.
