Radu Tempea
Radu Tempea (born February 9, 1768 in Brașov ; † July 5, 1824 ibid) was a Romanian Orthodox priest, educator, grammarian and Romanist .
life and work
Radu Tempea studied in Buda , became a priest in 1794, headed the Romanian Orthodox School of Transylvania in Kronstadt ( Brașov ) from 1796 to 1808 and was then Protopop, vicar general .
In 1797 Tempea published one of the first grammars of Romanian with a scientific claim in Romanian.
