Rafael Ruelas
Rafael Ruelas (born April 26, 1971 in Yerbabuena, Jalisco , Mexico) is a former Mexican boxer in lightweight and normal boom . By a unanimous victory on February 19, 1994 over Freddie Pendleton he became world champion of the IBF association . He defended this title against Mike Evgen and Billy Schwer and lost it in May 1995 when the title was unified to the WBO champion Óscar de la Hoya by a technical knockout in round 2.
