Rafael Wihby Bracalli (born May 5, 1981 in Santos ) is a Brazilian football player . He currently plays for SC Olhanense in the Primeira Liga , the highest Portuguese division.

Career

Bracalli began his career with Paulista FC in his native Brazil. In five years as a Einsergoalie at Paulista he was able to win the Copa do Brasil in 2005, then he played with Paulista in 2006 in the Copa Libertadores , where he made six appearances, Paulista was eliminated in the group stage. In 2006 he turned his back on South America and moved to Nacional Funchal . There he was initially back-up before he became a regular goalkeeper in the 2008/09 season. The club was able to reach fourth place in the top Portuguese league, then Nacional qualified for the Europa League .

He made his debut at European club level on August 20, 2009 against Zenit St. Petersburg . The game ended 4: 3, with the success in the second leg Nacional rose to the group stage. There Bracalli was used in all games. He was also a regular goalkeeper in the championship, where seventh place was achieved.

In summer 2011 he moved to FC Porto . There he signed a contract until the summer of 2014. Bracalli made his debut for FC Porto in the game against CA Pêro Pinheiro for the Portuguese Football Cup , on October 15, 2011 where Porto won 8-0.

For the 2012/13 season, Bracalli switched to SC Olhanense on loan .
