Rafael de los Casares y Moya

Rafael de los Casares y Moya (born September 16, 1899 in Madrid , † February 24, 1978 ibid) was a Spanish diplomat .

Life

Rafael de los Casares y Moya was the son of Julia Moya and Pio de los Casares (proprietor). Padre Rábago becomes Ferdinand VI's confessor to his ancestors . (Spain) counted. He married Pilar de Yllana y Gonzalez-Hontoria († January 4, 1975) their children were Rafael, Pío, Carmen and Jaime. On March 2, 1951, he was ennobled Conde Rábago.

During the Second World War he was Francisco Franco's charge d'affaires at Rafael Leónidas Trujillo Molina . In Santo Domingo , Pilar de Yllana y Gonzalez-Hontoria and Rafael de los Casares y Moya were the motifs for the photography Baile en la Casa España by the doctor Kurt Schnitzer Conrado (born November 10, 1908 in Vienna).

After he was Envoy Extraordinary and Ministre plénipotentiaire in Quito from February 8, 1949 to 1951 , he was accredited as Ambassador to Panama City from 1955 to 1956 and from May 29, 1956 to November 10, 1962 in Beirut .
