Raga (unit)

Raga , also Rehga or Raza , was a unit of measurement on the Sulu Islands in the extreme southwest of the Philippines .

The raga was a measure of grain , primarily for rice .

• 1 raga = 48 pounds plus 11.5 lots ( Prussia 1 lot = 16.667 grams ) about 24.192 kilograms
• 2 ½ raga = 1 picul (Chinese canton ) / picul = 60.479733 kilograms
