Railway Gazette International is a monthly, business-to-business publication for the global rail , underground , light rail and tram industries. Available as an annual subscription, the trade journal is read by transport specialists, decision-makers, railway managers, consultants and suppliers of products for the railway industry in over 140 countries. A mix of technical, commercial and geographical articles, supplemented by the regular monthly news pages, covers developments in all areas of the railway industry, such as infrastructure, operations, rolling stock and signaling technology.

history
The magazine was founded in May 1835 under the title The Railway Magazine . The title Railway Gazette dates from July 1905. In October 1970 the name was changed to Railway Gazette International .
The Railway Gazette Group is owned by DVV Media UK Ltd. and is part of the in Hamburg domiciled DVV Media Group . Railway Gazette was owned by Reed Business Information of Sutton until April 1, 2007 . The headquarters of DVV Media UK Ltd. is also in Sutton , Surrey , England .
