Raimundas Markauskas

Raimundas Markauskas (born August 28, 1966 in Alytus ) is a Lithuanian politician.

Life

After graduating from the 8th Alytus Middle School, he completed his degree in mechanics at the Kauno politechnikos institutas in 1991 . He worked at AB “ Alytaus tekstilė ”. From 2001 to 2004 he headed the Alytus district . From 2000 to 2004 he was a member of the Alytus City Council and in 2007 the Council of the Alytus Rajonggemeinde . He has been a member of the Seimas since 2012 .

He was a member of the Naujoji sąjunga . He is a member of the Darbo partija .

With his wife Renata he has the children Justina and Rokas.
