Raimundas Mockeliūnas
Raimundas Mockeliūnas (born August 3, 1960 in Kaišiadorys ) is a Lithuanian veterinarian and former politician and deputy minister .
Life
After graduating from secondary school, he graduated from the Lietuvos veterinarijos akademija (LVA) with a diploma in veterinary medicine in 1983 and received his doctorate in 1989 as a candidate for science. In 1988 he continued his education in Estonia , in 1990 in Russia and in 1995 in Sweden . From 1983 to 2003 he worked at the research institute Lietuvos veterinarijos institutas , from 1990 to 1992 headed a department and from 1993 to 2003 the institute as director. From 2003 to 2004 and from 2006 he was Vice Rector of the LVA. From 2005 to 2006 he was Deputy Minister of Education of Lithuania .
