Rajan R. Malaviya

Rajan R. Malaviya (born September 2, 1938 in Bombay , India ) is an Indo-German diplomat and entrepreneur . The former spokesman for the non-aligned countries is the director of the Institute for Economic and Political Advice in Frankfurt am Main.

Malaviya is a native Indian and also has German citizenship. The son of a businessman studied natural sciences , technology and economics in India , Sweden and Germany . From 1963 he lived increasingly in the Federal Republic. Here he is committed to breaking down prejudices against the so-called Third World . As development policyFrom the 1960s onwards, he became a consultant for a large number of state and church institutions in Europe and India. At this time, the business graduate and engineer was also doing research in the field of development policy and published on the subject.

Malaviya is the spokesman and board member of the Indo-German Forum for Economics and Politics. He is also a member of the supervisory boards and advisory boards of various German and Indian companies.
