Rachyut ( Arabic رخيوت, DMG Raḫyūt ) is a fishing village and an administrative district ( Wilaya ) in the Dhofar Governorate in south-western Oman .

Demographics

According to official information, the population in the administrative district of Rachyut grew by an average of 3.3% annually between 2003 and 2008, with the CAGR of the proportion of residents increasing by 2.2% and the CAGR of the proportion of foreigners increasing by 10.1%. Attractions

The place is about 133 km south-west of Salalah . A steep road leads down from the well-developed and paved main road No. 45 to the village with its beautiful beach.
