Ralf Caspary

Ralf Caspary (born January 21, 1937 ; † December 9, 2000 ) was a German badminton player from Bonn .

He was one of the pioneers of badminton sport in the Federal Republic of Germany and was one of the outstanding personalities in Bonn badminton sport in the 1950s. After winning the German junior title in doubles in 1955, he won the adult singles for the first time two years later. In 1960 he repeated this title win. In 1957 and 1959 to 1961 he was four times team champion with the 1st DBC Bonn .

Ralf Caspary died at the age of 63 on December 9, 2000.
