Sigitas Mitkus

Sigitas Mitkus (* 1962 , Plunge , Lithuania ) is a Lithuanian engineer , legal scholars , Baurechtler , Professor and Head of the Department of Law of the Faculty of Business Management of the Technical University of Vilnius (VGTU).

Life

On June 26, 1992 Mitkus received his doctorate from Vilniaus technikos universitetas in engineering on the subject of planning and selection innovation ( Automatizuotos statybos genplanų projektavimas ir daugiatikslė selektonovacija ) and then as an assistant and university professor. Later he graduated in law in Vilnius and became assistant, lecturer and professor, head of the chair of law at the Faculty of Economic Management of the Vilnius University of Technology (VGTU). Mitkus is the author of the monograph on Lithuanian building law . Mitkus speaks Russian and English .
