Ralf Strackbein

Ralf Strackbein (* 1962 in Siegen ) is a German author and press and PR consultant.

Life

Ralf Strackbein studied literature, politics and applied linguistics at the University of Siegen from 1987 to 1993 . He graduated with a Magister Artium. During his studies he wrote reports and film reviews for a daily newspaper, after graduating he worked as a press officer. From 1996 to 2011 Ralf Strackbein worked as a freelance press and PR consultant for companies in Siegerland. Independent author since 2011. He currently lives in Siegen.

Works as an author

In 1991, Ralf Strackbein (towards the end of his studies) created the fictional Siegen private detective Tristan Irle . Since then, a new volume has been published once a year, and 29 volumes have already been published (as of October 2019). Other crime novels by him are The Billy Code - Murder in the Swedish Furniture Store , Cloud Murder - 12,000 meters above Africa and the Ash Book , as well as The Egyptian Bark and The Ice Canal . Private detective Raphael Olofsson investigates each of these books .
