Ralf Walter
Ralf Walter (born March 15, 1958 in Andernach ) is a German SPD politician.
Ralf Walter studied social work and then worked in this profession for four years. From 1991 to 1994 he was a member of the German Bundestag and, among other things, youth policy spokesman for the SPD parliamentary group.
Walter was a member of the European Parliament between 1994 and 2009 . Among other things, he was a member of the Budget Committee and budget spokesman for the Social Democratic MPs.
Walter had donated and awarded the Hedwig-Lülsdorf honorary prize during his time as a member of parliament .
