Ralph Neubauer

Life
Ralph Neubauer worked as a programmer, statistician and public relations worker in the North Rhine-Westphalian Ministry of Justice . He lives in Haan .
Neubauer stayed repeatedly in South Tyrol on vacation trips . He writes detective novels that are mainly set there and published in Bolzano.
