Ralph Pruitt
Ralph Pruitt (born May 4, 1925 in Columbia , Tennessee , † 1986 ) was an American rockabilly musician.
Life
Pruitt started his career after World War II . In 1947 he moved to Orlando , Florida . It was only in 1958 that he released his first single on his own record label Lark Records. Hey, Mr. Porter and This Heart Within Me were recorded at Shamrock Studios in Winter Park , Florida with the Rhythm Boys . The songs were released again in early 1959 by Meridian Records. After two more singles, including as Ralph Pruett , Pruett's track is lost.
