Ramin Shahin Ott (born June 22, 1986 in American Samoa ) is an American-Samoan football player and former national player. He plays in the position of a center forward .

Career

society

Ramin Ott played for the American-Samoan club Konica Machine FC until 2007 . He moved to Auckland, New Zealand, to study and played for Bay Olympic SSC for two years . He has been under contract with Pago Youth since 2015 and has won the national championship four times in a row with the club .

National team

Ott played with the U-17 of American Samoa in qualifying for the U-17 World Cup in 2003 , scoring the only goal of his team. In 2004 he took part with the Olympic selection in the qualifying tournament for the Olympic Games in Athens and was used in all four games of his team. In the qualifying tournaments for the 2006 and 2010 World Championships, Ott played in all eight games for the national team. With his goal with a penalty to make it 5-1 against the Solomon Islands (final score 1:12), Ott became the second goalscorer for American Samoa in the history of World Cup qualification after Natia Natia .

He scored his second goal for the national team in the 2014 World Cup qualifying to 1-0 against Tonga on November 22, 2011 (final score 2-1, first win by American Samoa in a match recognized by FIFA; the second American-Samoan The goal scorer was Shalom Luani ).
