Ramon Mitra junior
Ramon Monching Villarosa Mitra, Jr. (born February 4, 1928 in Puerto Princesa , Palawan , † March 20, 2000 in Makati City , Metro Manila ) was a Filipino politician and pro-democracy activist at the time of the dictator Ferdinand Marcos . From 1987 to 1992 he was Speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives .
He died of liver cancer in 2000.
