Ramona Maria Ciobanu (born September 4, 1984 ) is a former Romanian water diver who competed in 10 m tower and synchronized diving. She took part in two Olympic Games .

Ciobanu started for the CS Triumf Bucharest club and was trained by Tiu Claudia. She took part in the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens . In the individual competition from the tower she finished 24th in the preliminary fight. Her best result at the European Championships she achieved in 2006 in Budapest . In the individual she just missed a medal in fourth, in the synchronized competition she was fifth with Corina Popovici . A year later, Ciobanu played their most successful world championship in Melbourne . With Popovici she reached the finals in the synchronous competition from the tower and was tenth. In Beijing Ciobanu took part in her second Olympic Games in 2008 and again reached rank 24 in the individual from the tower. She then ended her active career.
