Ramona Roth (born March 7, 1977 ) is a former German cross-country skier .
Career
Roth took part in competitions of the Fédération Internationale de Ski from 1994 to 2002 . After becoming runner-up with the German cross-country relay at the Junior World Championships in Asiago, Italy in 1996 , she finished 18th over 5 km classic at the 1997 Nordic World Ski Championships in Trondheim . She ran her first World Cup race in November 1997 in Beitostølen , which she finished classically in 51st place over 5 km. In December 1998 she got her first World Cup points in Garmisch-Partenkirchen with 12th place in the sprint. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Ramsau in 1999 , she achieved 36th place in the 15 km pursuit race and 25th place over 5 km classic. With the relay she won bronze. In February 2001 in Asiago she achieved tenth place in the sprint, her best result in an individual World Cup race. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2001 in Lahti , she came in 46th place over 10 km classic. She ended her career after the 2001/02 season.
