The Ramsey Cliff is a 1400 m high cliff in Queen Elizabeth Land in West Antarctica . In the Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains , it rises 3 km northeast of Mount Torbert in the Torbert Escarpment .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the 1968 after Robert E. Ramsey, warehouse manager at Ellsworth Station in the Antarctic winter of 1958.
